You’ll work in a newly created UK insights & monitoring team in the Product Domain working closely with our HQ in Stockholm to build lovable products here in the UK! This role will see you understand and own the key performance indicators of our products, identify and solve customer and product performance issues, and reporting of our product unit economics and profitability. It’s an excellent career opportunity to help define and shape the way we optimise the Klarna product offering in the UK. As a team, we will make data-driven decisions to deliver customer-obsessed outcomes through our products.

Responsibilities

    • Lead and deliver high-quality customer & product insights through data analytics to identify UK product improvements 
    • Use your strong analytical skills to define, forecast, and track UK Key Performance Indicators and lead monthly UK Group Reviews
    • Define, track and monitor product profitability analytics (e.g Unit Economics,  LTV)
    • Use widespread data sources including external UK market data, UK sales performance, growth forecasts to identify and analyse market trends and identify opportunities for our customers and products
    • Demonstrate SQL skills to build out monitoring dashboards with tools such as Qliksense
    • Pro-actively and effectively communicating with various stakeholders, building strong lasting relationships, discussing the root cause of trends, and drive positive outcomes
    • Delivering ad-hoc data analysis to support wider business activities e.g. Risk & Controls & UK Sales
    • Developing as a professional in an entrepreneurial organisation provides the opportunity to work with your areas of interest.

    Requirements

      • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a Business field.
      • An understanding of UK consumer credit – 2 years + experience in credit risk (or experience in data science). 
      • An understanding for how to perform data extraction and manipulation, as well as programming languages is a plus (SQL, R, Python, MatLab, Java, C# etc.).
      • Experience in using structured approaches to problem solving.
      • Significant drive and ambition.
      • Strong attention to detail.A curious mindset – you’ll be someone who loves to question the why! 
      • Proven ability to work well within a team environment.
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
      Role is based in Central London (Holborn) however flexible working is supported Occasional travel to Stockholm may be required from time to time
