Are you a Marketer driven by new ideas to grow awareness and increase demand with enterprise grade customers? If so, read on. We are hiring for a Regional Marketing leader reporting to Kathryn Thomas, Head of Marketing EMEA. 

The challenge: to lead and orchestrate pipeline build and management across our core region (UK/I, Benelux and Nordic) go-to-market functions. 


What you will do:

  • Build and execute a full year balanced strategy of programs, and events that educate, engage and inspire the target audience to increase awareness and drive demand in the NEMEA region.

  • Own regional customer advocacy; manage customer references in partnership with the EMEA customer marketing manager, and drive the EMEA customer engagement, expansion and retention programs into your local market.

  • Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of an exceptional event experience in all phases of the event, including pre- and post-event activities & execution.

  • Enable and develop a marketing coordinator/specialist, who will support the NEMEA region

  • Play an active role in optimising the local web experience, ensuring can successfully underpin your campaign and programs in market.

  • Build close partnership with go to market stakeholders, sales, inside sales, and customer success at the leadership and team level.


Who you are:

  • core skill set in regional / field  marketing.  

  • SaaS / cloud B2B experience is preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, strategic and analytical capabilities.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo (or similar marketing automation tools).

  • Data driven, comfortable interpreting and analyzing performance results.

  • Dogged determination to meet your objectives, understanding how to prioritise the mission critical goals from the nice to haves.

  • Experience in targeting the Life Science and Financial Services banking community is a nice to have.
