The Luxury team is responsible for elevating Klarna within the luxury market and delivering experiences to our shoppers that will drive engagement and sales.
Who you are
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support the marketing of the Klarna Luxury proposition to the consumer as well as our partner merchants. Marketing support activities will encompass work around the positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation plans as well as marcomms activities including advertising and PR. For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze performance data, customers’ behavior and business impact.  

What you will do

    • Support in marketing products to certain retail partners and consumers.
    • Support in further developing the product vision, products and services from inception to commercialization 
    • Support the development of media advertising, public relations and all marketing communications
    • Coordinate with agency, media and content teams for the briefing and creation of marketing campaigns
    • Measure and report on success of various marketing campaigns. 
    • Coordinate project management across teams and stakeholders 
    • Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing runs smoothly
    • Participate in cross-functional team work to execute product development plans.
    • Conduct periodic product analysis and propose optimizations as needed.
    • Help the team drive KPIs and achieve objectives
    • Enforce brand marketing guidelines 

    You should have

      • 2+ years of experience in marketing 
      • Retail and ecommerce and/or product marketing experience is preferred.
      • Luxury experience is a plus.
      • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluent in English.
      • A metrics-driven approach and understanding of marketing impacts commercial objectives
      • Ability to work with globally based team members and stakeholders.
