The Role
As our first Growth Product Manager you’ll help to power the next stage in our phenomenal journey. You’ll join our Creator Community squad with the mission to establish the disciplined Growth culture and practices that will enable us to grow and engage a whole new scale of community, rapidly and reliably.
We’re growing our existing global community of 10,000 brilliant Creators to match our sales growth, and we’re also extending the community to include Creators who excel at producing Creative for new channels, such as e-comm and TikTok. It’s an exciting time!

What you’ll do
– Establish and nurture the Growth culture, practices and tooling that will enable rapid and reliable growth
– Ensure we can economically grow our Creator Community; you’ll be responsible for key metrics such as AARRR and CAC
– Identify, define and prioritise opportunities to drive growth
– Lead the hands-on execution of high impact growth initiatives, engaging cross-functional support to maximise impact
– Help to shape and deliver our Creator Community strategy; we’re on a mission to connect talented Creators to opportunities to thrive and prosper and we’ve only just got started!
What you’ll bring
– Proven experience as a Growth Product Manager, or a closely related role
– Expertise in experimentation and optimisation, with solid data and statistical skills
– Experience driving acquisition through multiple channels, especially Social
– Experience of designing full journey experiences from acquisition through onboarding and on to retention
– Excellent cross-team collaboration to ensure growth initiatives connect every aspect of the experience
Our ‘Virtual-First’ Approach
As a business Vidsy believes in the power of in-person connection and collaboration, but also recognises that the majority of work undertaken by our team can be done so effectively and efficiently in a remote environment. For that reason we’re spearheading a ‘virtual first’ environment, meaning our Team will work remotely the majority of the time – with the right kit and setup to ensure they can do so productively – with ‘hubs’ for in-person collaboration and team gatherings.
For our UK based Team our hub will be London, meaning we welcome applications from across the UK as long as you’re open to travel into London, as and when needed.
