WHY BOX NEEDS YOU?
We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our EMEA marketing team. The winning candidate will work closely with our customers to identify and develop advocates, help retain and grow existing relationships, and support our customers in getting real value out of Box. If you’re customer-centric and excellent at building both one-to-one relationships and scalable, successful programs, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
Report to the Director of EMEA Marketing and work closely with the regional Field Marketing Managers, global Customer and Product Marketing teams and the local Customer Success managers.
Shape and deliver customer marketing strategy and plans – supporting the renewal and loyalty of our customers and creating demand within the customer base and beyond.
Own day-to-day management of customer marketing needs, including case studies, references, advocate identification, and customer comms
Drive our key customer events in the region, including Product Advisory Board meetings, Customer Advisory boards, and Box’s flagship event CIOWORKs, in partnership with the wider EMEA and global marketing teams.
Collect and share ongoing feedback from key customers and market segments, and our GTM teams, to help inform product and messaging development.
Run regular refreshers for our Sales and wider GTM teams on how to identify opportunities to work with our customers and when to involve marketing.
Who you are:
Min. 5 years of experience in customer marketing, including driving digital marketing campaigns and physical events at scale.
SaaS B2B experience; understanding of an enterprise sales cycle and selling motions
A passion for customers and a dedication to providing a best-in-class customer engagement and experiences.
A highly organised and collaborative individual who is comfortable multitasking and working effectively as part of a global team.
An owner, who is excited to take responsibility and shape the customer marketing function for the next phase of growth in EMEA.
Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable with light content creation and reviews.
