Regional VP Customer Success & Implementation North Europe // Dataiku

Working directly with the VP Customer Success & Implementation EMEA, this role will lead the CSI function in North Europe to provide best in class service to commercial and enterprise accounts as well as consolidate the business in France and expand to greenfield territories. This team includes customer success and implementation functions. In this role, you will help the team increase client adoption at the regional level, organise the team and increase its efficiency by working closely with partners across the organisation (within CSI EMEA as well as with all Go to market stakeholders in Northen Europe).

    • you have experience managing large enterprise software customer relationships, engaging with large executive levels, working cross functionally, delivering go to market strategies and you can serve as a subject matter expert, helping to increase the skills and execution of the team. With a strong leadership, influence and creative mindset, you will ensure the growth of our customers and team’s skillset. 
    • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
