Business Development Manager // JustPark

We’re one of the fastest growing tech companies in the UK, and in order to accelerate that growth even further, we’re recruiting for a Business Development Manager to build and grow new relationships within the operator and enforcement sector.

About the role

As Business Development Manager at JustPark, you’ll be responsible for identifying and nurturing new growth opportunities. Prospecting new clients and nurturing them through the sales funnel, you’ll increase supply by adding new spaces to our marketplace, maximise transaction values and increase our market penetration, ensuring the continued growth of the business.

You’ll oversee portfolio of 50-60 accounts, building rapport and establish strong client relationships. You’ll establish an expert understanding of a client’s needs that allows you to offer innovative and effective solutions from our product portfolio. You’ll negotiate complex deals, driving the sales funnel, from qualified lead, to proposal stage and commercials through to implementation.

As well as qualifying leads, pitching the JustPark solution and closing deals, you’ll also work closely with our internal teams to ensure the post-sale implementation is delivered in line with expectations.

At JustPark, cultivating our communities is a core value, and it will be critical for success as a Business Development Manager. This is a role that requires a strong networking approach. You’ll promote JustPark’s presence in the industry, presenting at industry events and network across the sector. You’ll conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and anticipate client needs.

You’ll already have experience in a customer facing sales or business development position, and be looking for the opportunity to work with increased autonomy. You’ll have a track record of success, and be self motivated to exceed targets and strive for excellence.

You don’t need previous experience in parking to be successful, but you’ll be expected to build your knowledge and presence in your sector, becoming a recognised expert.

You’ll be confident growing a network within the industry and individual clients. Able to build personal rapport and long term relationships with clients, you’ll be a credible and reliable partner to current and existing accounts.

Demonstrating a high level of commercial awareness, you’ll be comfortable with forecasting and be confident building and executing on a sales plan to achieve and exceed set financial metrics.

You’re an ambitious individual that is curious to learn, a self-starter with a natural ability to solve problems. A natural collaborator, with the ability to work independently or within a team environment, you’ll support those around you as well as delivering on your personal targets.
