Senior B2B Marketing Manager – Retention // Zoopla

Zoopla marketing is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Marketing Manager to oversee the Retention strategy and plans for its Software, Portal, and Data businesses. Reporting into the Head of Commercial Marketing, this role will require a person with strong commercial experience and a solid track record of leading, measuring and optimising subscriber engagement, as well as nurture and retention initiatives across a variety of channels. In this role you will deliver sustained growth in revenue of the current customer base, customer loyalty and retention and will be responsible for the successful delivery to plan within a defined set of KPIs that reflect business impact

Key responsibilities

  • Own the customer experience and deliver retention strategies, helping to reduce churn, impacting revenue growth and improving lifetime value across the business
  • Monitor, adopt and communicate industry best practice, seeking new, innovative and exciting ways to engage our customers and drive business impact
  • Use data insights, customer profiling and reporting to inform customer segmentation and optimisation
  • Partner with the campaign managers to ensure a consistent voice across customer comms and exceptional execution of campaigns
  • Partner with the GTM lead, product, sales, and other teams internally to align strategies
  • KPI reporting and tracking; executing renewal analysis of performance across marketing channels, and share metrics and learnings with stakeholders delivering continual improvement through test and learn
