Performance Marketing Analyst – Martech // Lyst

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to join a newly created Squad within the Demand Tribe – which is the group responsible for marketing tech/driving traffic to Lyst.

As a Performance Marketing Analyst you will play a key role in the day-to-day analysis of performance campaigns for our Partners – driving performance in line with squad ROI targets. You will have analytical experience in a commercial context with particular expertise in using Excel (experience with SQL/Python/R would also be a bonus but not essential).

Experience in digital marketing such as paid, app, social will is highly desirable but not essential – our experienced team can teach you everything you need to know.

This role gives a lot of freedom for an enthusiastic analyst to put their ideas to the test, being responsible for hypothesis, implementation, analysis and refinement – with highly measurable impact. Working alongside the wider team, you will play an integral part of a highly productive, effective and data-driven team working to deliver growth for Lyst and our Partners across international markets.

Role-specific responsibilities

You will be responsible for the execution of tests, collecting and analysing data as well as identifying trends and insights in order to achieve profitable growth in Paid campaigns.

Tracking, reporting and analysis of performance marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Implementing strategies and tactics to improve efficiencies across multiple campaigns in multiple markets.

You will drive innovation and implement performance marketing testing strategies to continually uncover optimisation levers, enhance learning, and improve performance.

Ideal Experience and attributes

  • Expert in using SQL and Excel in a commercial context. Python / R experience strongly beneficial
  • Highly analytical and adept with processing raw data.
  • Creative – generating new, imaginative ideas to explore and test.
  • Experience with dash-boarding tools such as Tableau, Looker or GA Premium
  • A degree in an analytical field such as Maths, Sciences, Engineering, or Econometrics
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confident team player, comfortable approaching/working alongside other Squads.
  • Ability to work autonomously, balance priorities and take initiative.
