Product Manager // JustPark

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the JustPark team and help us take our products to the next level. You’ll support the evolution of our B2C portfolio of products, including responsibilities across driver demand, acquisition and retention.

About the role

You’ll lead the execution of our Product Management activity across a core area of our B2C Product portfolio. That means identifying, defining onboarding, and evaluating new features for our 3m+ customers.

With JustPark being recognised as an innovative force in the industry, you’ll have the opportunity to bring both fresh approaches to solutions already existing in the market and also entirely new products to a market clamouring for change. You will work on user journeys across various platforms, including web, apps, touch screen kiosks and automated phone calls. Working with marketing, you’ll understand how to leverage our customer communications across CRM, email and push notifications to improve engagement and retention.

You’ll work closely with developers, product designers, user research and colleagues from across the company to define and manage the creation of new features and products in an industry ripe for disruption, delivering them to our ever-expanding user base.

Taking a data-driven approach, you’ll gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data across all stages of the product development cycle. You’ll identify success measures, and employ a continual test and learn approach to iterate on new features

To give you more of an idea of the kind of projects you’ll be working on, here are just some of the initiatives our product team have delivered recently

  • Led the creation of a range of innovative digital and connected hardware products to fulfil the needs of partners and drivers
  • Led user-centric overhauls of driver and space owner pages (our apps have our recent redesign implemented, the website is partway through implementation).
  • Defined and delivered award-winning Android, iOS and Apple Watch apps
  • Launched and managed data-driven tests to validate internal hypotheses across the site and maximize driver conversion
  • Plumbed the depths of analytics packages to identify critical insights and drive prioritization decisions
About you

You’ll already be working in a product management role, with experience of delivering innovative consumer products. You’ll ideally have a track record of building scalable solutions. You might have worked on a product with a global reach or an international environment previously.

What you’ll definitely have are exceptional problem-solving skills. You’ll get our product in front of users to identify problems and formulate and test hypotheses to develop innovative solutions. Running data-driven experiments, customer research and user testing, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our 3m+ users and deliver new features that deliver on their needs.

Outstanding analytical skills are absolutely essential. You’ll have a deep understanding of success metrics and the ability to measure product performance. But you’ll also have the ability to make decisions without perfect information. You’ll need to be comfortable with change in a fast-growth environment.
