Global Community Manager // Startupbootcamp

Startupbootcamp has grown to 15 programs in 10 cities, across 3 continents with over 350 alumni startups and we’re still growing. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a kick-ass Community Manager join our Global Team to help us champion, build and nurture our expanding startup family.

The Role:

  • Update and own Startupbootcamp’s alumni database including contact details, company profiles, and funding information.
  • Implement and execute new alumni-centric engagement and communication initiatives 
  • Organise regular webinars for alumni with engaging content and speakers
  • Manage relationships with key startup conferences arranging discounts and speaking slots for alumni 
  • Work with Events Specialist to create and run alumni & community events
  • Improve Startupbootcamp’s internal onboarding process to ensure everyone on our teams knows their stuff
  • Track and provide evidence of support provided to startups as part of CASTS program

You are:

  • Self-starter: take charge and deliver on your own; pro-active and independent
  • Communicator: able to effectively communicate via calls, emails and face-to-face
  • Connector: love growing your network and connecting people within your network to each other
  • Detail Oriented: must be extremely detail oriented and execute tasks with great accuracy
  • Multi-tasker: it’s a broad role juggling many different tasks
  • London based: able to work out of our global HQ at Rainmaking Loft
